Emergency Meeting of the Beaufort County Board of Elections at 5 pm Today, Wednesday, September 4th, to address the Beaufort County One Stop Plan in regard to Hurricane Dorian for the Congressional Election on September 10th, 2019

Please be advised, Beaufort County Government is closing tomorrow, Thursday, September 4th at noon due to Hurricane Dorian. The Beaufort County Board of Elections will have an emergency meeting today at 5 pm to consider altering the One Stop Plan for the September 10th Election. The Board will make a definite decision at 5 pm today.

Board of Elections monitoring Hurricane Dorian

The Beaufort County Board of Elections is monitoring Hurricane Dorian and how it could affect our office. We are encouraging ALL VOTERS wishing to participate in the September 10th Congressional Election to consider voting during our One Stop Voting Period. The Beaufort County Board of Elections Office, John A. Wilkinson Center (Belhaven) and the Aurora Community Building will be open from 8 am to 6 pm through Friday September 6th.

Last day of One Stop for the July 9th Republican Congressional Second Primary is Friday, July 5th, 2019 from 8 am to 5 pm

Friday, July 5th, 2019 is our last day of One Stop. Our office will be open from 8 am to 5 pm. After 5 pm on Friday, any voter who wishes to vote in the July 9th, 2019 Republican Congressional Second Primary will need to report to their polling place between 6:30 am and 7:30 pm on Tuesday the 9th.
