UOCAVA Election Notice for the November 4th, 2014 Election in Beaufort County, NC is now available

The Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act or “UOCAVA” requires states to allow certain voters who are absent from their county of residence to have special rights that provide an expedited means for them to register and vote by mail-in absentee ballot. In order to qualify under the provisions of UOCAVA in this state, a voter must be a legal resident of North Carolina. Citizens covered by UOCAVA include:

Absentee Data Available for the July 15th, 2014 Second Primary Elections

Absentee Data is now available for the July 15th, 2014 Second Primary Elections. Data files will be labeled and include data for the date specified in the file’s title. One Stop, Civilian, Military, and Overseas Absentee Voters are included. Files are not cumulative and only contain data from the specified date.

Absentee Voter Statistics reports are available and include all voters as of the date of the file.

Daily updates will be posted within 24 hours of the close of business for the specified day.

Absentee Data and Statistics available for the May 6th, 2014 Primary Elections

Absentee Data and Statistics as of close of business on Saturday May 3rd is now available for the May 6th, 2014 Primary Elections. Party lists can be found by clicking on labeled tabs at the  bottom left corner of the excel spreadsheet. Mail in absentees will be accepted until Friday May 9th provided they are postmarked by election day.
