Beaufort County offices will remain closed tomorrow, Thursday, January 23, due to hazardous weather and travel conditions.

Beaufort County Government Offices are closed today, Wednesday, January 22nd due to inclement weather. Offices will operate in a two hour delay on Thursday, January 23rd. 

All Beaufort County Government Offices will operate on a 2 hour delayed opening (10:00 am) on Wednesday, January 22nd, 2025. Weather conditions will be accessed again prior to 8:00 am to decide whether further closings are needed. Please check back for more updates.

The Beaufort County Board of Elections will conduct the 3% hand to eye recount for the office of N.C. Supreme Court Associate Justice Seat 6 beginning on Thursday, December 5^th at 9 am.

The November 3rd, 2024 regularly scheduled meeting of the Beaufort County Board of Elections is cancelled.

Provisional/Absentee Meeting: Thursday, November 14^th, 2024 5:00 pm.

Canvass/Challenge Meeting: Friday, November 15^th, 2024 at 11:00 am.
